Take a Yoga Class!

Now offering private yoga classes via ZOOM! Anywhere you are in the world, you can have a private yoga class for just you or small group!

Each private yoga class will be geared to your unique situation and tailored to your needs. Care with explaining poses and helping you understand yoga and alignment in your own body.

Visual and verbal cues will be given along with a brief discussion, answering any questions you have.

If you have a healing package with me, part or all of a session may be used to create a customized yoga flow for you to do at home, based on your unique needs!

$125 per session
